HR DATA ANALYSES AND PERSONNEL REVIEWS

We aim to provide methods and special tools suitable for different situations for defining the value of the key personnel in recently acquired companies or companies to be acquired. And the other way around: many of our services are also applicable in business selling situations. Before purchasing decision, as a part of HR due diligence process, we will quickly collect basic information on the target company’s personnel using cross-sectional approach. From the already existing personnel data (the target company’s HR database), we will gather the essential normative information regarding the personnel’s demographic features, background, compensations and liabilities.

At the beginning of a takeover process, we can help by creating a quick cross-sectional view of the personnel quality. One of our effective tools is a questionnaire directed to the personnel. Our target is to find out, not only demographic and formal educational data, but also information on competence and experience of key personnel as well as on their career interests and commitment. The questionnaire often helps to identify the groups that need more systematic auditing or appraisal process.
